Sharswood Crossing is a multi-site residential development that helps revitalize the Sharswood neighborhood in Philadelphia. Barton and the project team were awarded the opportunity through the RFP process from PHA, to develop vacant properties in the neighborhood. The project consists of a 51- unit 4 story apartment building, a block of single-family rowhomes, and scattered in-fill rowhome sites on the adjacent block. The mix of unit development ensures a variety of housing opportunities for a 
sustainable future in the community.
