Oxford Mills

Oxford Mills has been redeveloped to house corporate offices for education-focused non-profits and discounted rental housing for teachers. The project goal is to create a new destination community where like-minded people live and work to feel inspired and connected. The project is located in the South Kensington section of Philadelphia with two former industrial buildings being separated by the former Hope Street. The West Building is 103,000 sf & will contain 95 residential units. The East Building is 67,000 sf & will contain 22 residential units, & 30,000 sf of rental office space. Additional program includes shared amenities, such as lounge, courtyards, fitness, kitchen/break areas, conference center, café, and bike/tenant storage.
