An article called “The A-Team” in Affordable Housing News about the successful developments of the Hagerstown Housing Authority featured BartonPartners’ McCleary Hill Project. The Hagerstown Housing Authority hired BartonPartners to develop a series of redevelopment options for the revitalization of the McCleary Hill public housing complex in Hagerstown, Maryland that would transform the community into a residential neighborhood. Egg Harbor City, New Jersey On May 12, 2014 representatives from the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJ HMFA), the New Jersey State legislature, Egg Harbor City, and Conifer Realty celebrated the groundbreaking for Conifer Village at Rittenberg, a 100-unit affordable senior housing development in Egg Harbor City, Atlantic County. BartonPartners is pleased to announce that the Philadelphia City Planning Commission has recommended the approval of the SOKO Lofts Project in the South Kensington Neighborhood of Philadelphia. Working closely with our client, Canus Corporation, as well as their attorneys, Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP, BartonPartners successfully navigated the project through the city's new Civic Design Review Process. Back in 2008, Lower Bucks Pediatrics (LBP) was a successful pediatric practice quickly outgrowing its cramped rental office space in Yardley, Bucks County, PA. The practice, led by Dr. Auren Weinberg, set out to find a large enough location to accommodate its growing needs when they found a nearby site in Yardley that could be transformed into a small office park consisting of three new buildings. The New York State Agency for Homes and Community Renewal recently awarded BartonPartners the Outstanding Rehabilitation Award for our work with Conifer Realty on The Hamilton in Rochester, New York.
