BartonPartners is an integrated architecture, landscape architecture, architectural design, residential and commercial development and planning firm with a staff of more than fifty architects, planners, designers and landscape designers. Although our practice originated in residential development in the Middle Atlantic region, we have evolved to include mixed-use and transit-oriented projects, office and retail design, single- and multi-family projects, 50+ Lifestyle communities, adaptive reuse and rehabilitation of existing structures, and urban infill development throughout the United States.

Applying expertise in master planning, BartonPartners advances clients’ development agendas by anticipating and addressing community needs during the planning and approvals processes. We work effectively both within the existing zoning framework and through developing overlays and variances.

An experienced project manager oversees communication between BartonPartners and each client, guiding the process and informing parties of progress and needs from the start of a project through completion.
